Ingredients

  • 3 cups unsweetened yogurt any kind, including dairy-free options, but for creamiest texture, go for a full-fat strained yogurt (like Greek or Skyr)
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener honey, agave syrup, maple syrup, etc.

Toppings, to taste:

  • Swirls jelly, preserves, fruit puree, nut butters, melted chocolate, Nutella or any other spread
  • Sprinkles fruit, cereal, chocolate chips, cookie crumbs, candy...the list goes on!

Instructions

  • Stir 2 Tbsp. sweetener into 3 cups of yogurt.
  • Spread the yogurt onto a baking sheet lined with tin foil or parchment paper.
  • Swirl or sprinkle toppings as desired. For a marbled effect, drop dollops of your chosen "swirl," then drag a toothpick through to swirl.
  • Freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.
  • Break the bark into pieces and eat immediately.

Notes

Kept in an airtight container, the bark will keep for up to 3 months.
